As mentioned in the tracking ID email we sent, have you waited 7 days?
It can take a little while for tracking to go live because of all the picking, packing and preparation the shipping company needs to do.
Also please make sure to try all the tracking links suggested in the email we sent.
A general rule is that IDs starting with YT are tracked by YunExpress
IDs starting with an S are tracked by Stone3PL
Canada/NZ/Australia IDs can be seen on gotoubi
And for everything else, please use 17track
