It can take a few days of processing before we send a tracking ID out, so please bear that in mind.
If it's been more than 3 days, perhaps try the following...
1) Have you checked your spam folders? Tracking could have ended up there.
2) Are you looking in the right inbox? We see people generally have multiple email accounts.
3) Did you delete it by accident believing it was rubbish? Have a look in the bin.
