As we mention in the tracking email we sent you, it is possible that your order will have items shipped out from different warehouses and not everything will come in one parcel.
We have likely sent you all your tracking, but sometimes email providers (especially Gmail) will append all emails into one 'email thread' so it's possible you missed the other tracking IDs.
Please have a check of your email before writing into us about missing items from an order to see if you had been given multiple tracking IDs.
